A fun tournament at Rally Niagara!

Rally Niagara hosted the Rally Niagara Cup Open Badminton Tournament on Saturday, March 18th. 75 players / 48 teams participated from various locals in the Northeast that included Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and all throughout NY state. The tournament featured 5 events that started with Men's and Women's singles play in the morning followed by Men's and Women's doubles in the afternoon and lastly Mixed doubles in the evening. The game play was intense and there were some matches that went the distance decided by two points in a 3rd game . Based on a series of points from 1st and 2nd place finishes, Rally Niagara players secured 11 points to be the first team to be listed on the Rally Niagara Cup though Quan Le from Penn State single handedly brought in 9 points representing Penn State. He won the trifecta being the first player in recent memory to win MS, MD, and XD with partners. Thank you to Muhammad A. for video footage at this year's event. Links below.
